I really like his R&B style. A very unique fusion of western and eastern musical influences. His soundtrack for Initial D is one of my favourites.

Yup, Jay Chou's trademark is really his R&B style. The main complain that people have, is that his pronounciation is really not all that clear, so half the time, you would wonder what he is sluring about. But then that must be same for most English R&B rap as well.

His new CD is more a mix of several music styles, Western, Rap, Sappy Love Ballards and Feel good happy music. It has a mix of everything so it would probably appeal to a wider audience.

I think I will have to sample his latest CD. Sounds good !
