This thread discusses the Content article: Men Get Wrinkles Too

Traditionally, women are the ones who worry about the onset of facial wrinkles, but more and more men are paying more attention to their appearance and what they can do to make themselves look as good as they can. There is no way to completely stop wrinkles from forming, but we can do a lot of simple things to hold off the crows feet, laugh lines and deep furrows just a little longer.

Geez Stevo be careful you're going to put me out of a job soon! You make it sound so simple, who's going to come to my counter now?

But jokes aside, what you said is exactly right! No anti-wrinkle treatment can come close to living a healthy lifestyle. And just to add to your list, exercise makes a huge difference to the skin because exerting yourself and breaking a sweat allows your skin to kick out all those nasty toxins that are laying in wait just under the suface, ready to do damage to your dermis.

As a beauty consultant however, I really do believe in the value and benefit of some (definitely not all!) of the anti-wrinkle/anti-aging treatment products available on the market. It's important to just be realistic - if a product promises to undo something that the body naturally does, who do you really think is going to win? Mother nature or technology?

Hi Ingi!

Wow...you are right on the money with the exercise element! In fact I will go back and add that to the article when I get a moment. Exercise really does do a lot to keep the skin vibrant and keep blood flow strong within the skin. Thanks for catching that!

If you have some thoughts on some good products that your expert opinion could recommend....post an article, as I would love to get your take on them.

Cheers,
Stevo
