Christmas has come early for those of us who follow camera technology. Both Canon and Nikon made major annoucements of new cameras which sit atop both prosumer and pro segments . Canon released what seemed at first, two outstanding cameras in the 40d which replaces the 30d, and an update to their top of the line camera with an announcement of the 1ds Mark III, a 22 megapixel behemoth. While Canon basked for a couple days, Nikon readied their assault. On Wednesday, shock-waves were felt around the camera world when Nikon announced that they were going where only Canon had gone before, they were releasing their own Full Frame camera in the d3. To complement, Nikon also released a 40d killer in the D300. Specifications for both Nikons were amazing. On paper at least they presented a compelling argument. GAME : DiRT PlayStation 3 Game
