This is one product that incorporates the Beauty and the Geek !! Its called the AromaUSB. 

Scientist have always felt that Aromatherapy is beneficial as it can enhance current well-being, aids in improvement of health, works to balance emotions and to some extent, it also works as a spiritual guidance, helps with purification of Environment and even aids in boosting the immunity, respitory and circulatory system.

However, in order to enjoy the benefits of Aromatherapy at the workplace, people traditionally has had to bring their own burners to the office, with candles, lighter, essential oil... the whole works. The downside of this is, the burner would have to occupy a space on your work table. Not only that,but imagine having to light a live fire beneath the burner, just to keep the evaporation going to get the smell !! Even if your boss does not object to all those non-work related items on your work desk, just the sheer though that you might be setting off the fire sprinklers, or accidently burning some of your important paper work on the table, that should be enough to discourage you from that idea.

Introducing the AromaUSB. This little baby is the size of a discrete USB thumbdrive. So what you do is that, you can plug it to any of the USB port on your computer, which would generate the heat required for the smell to evaporate, drop a few drops of your favourite scent onto the absorbent portion of the AromaUSB, and a few minutes later, you will be enjoying your favourite scent, without any life fire, water, candles or bulky burners !!

Brilliant Device !! I would say !! Really convenient to tote around as well !!

The only down side of this device is, if you already have a insufficient USB port problem with your PC, then this device would only add to your problem.

But overall the convenience of Aromatherapy on-the-go far outweights the lack of USB port problem to me. I think why this product appeals people is because it is stylish, trendy and is just one of the many ways to incorporate modern IT technology into our daily lives !! For me, I would forgo charging my iPOD for a couple of hours just to enjoy the feeling of relexing in a room full of roses.
